    Je suis allée pour la première fois au magasin et la personne qui etait la, m'a tout expliqué les produits, fais sentir les fragrances etc... franchement je vais y retourner. Samantha elle est vraiment une perle et bonne vendeuse. On ne peut pas dire cela de toutes les boutiques avoisinantes, mais un énorme merci à cette fille, j'adore les produits achetés 🥰

    I absolutely love the store and the people there. I collaborated with them and everyone who visited the store LOVED the experience. Sam is a delight to talk to - I am someone who takes tooo long to try products and I never felt rushed. I don’t go to any other locations because I get the best service here.

    I had such a lovely experience at this L'Occitane location! The shop is beautifully organized and stocked with all my favorite products. A huge thank you to Samantha, who was an absolute delight. She really took her time to help me find exactly what I needed and was such a generous, welcoming hostess throughout my visit.

    I have to echo the same sentiments as other reviews here: while I love the product, the customer service here is deplorable. I visited this location to purchase a number of items, and upon entering I warmly approached the staff at the register asking for the products and any recommendations. Both women stared at me with blank expressions before an awkward interaction which displayed either an extreme lack of product knowledge, or otherwise a dismissive indifference toward providing customer care. There is one employee, I am assuming based on other reviews that she is the manager (unfortunately,) who is regularly dismissive and in fact simply rude whenever I have been in the store asking for assistance. From asking me repeatedly and aggressively “how many” bars of soap I need when I asked for one, to completely disregarding me and other customers while sitting with her feet up, fully engaged on her phone, I have had a number of horrible experiences with her. I myself have worked in high end cosmetics, customer service, and hospitality for decades, and I would be horrified if I had an employee, let alone a member of management, governing themselves in such a manner. If one of my employees behaved this way, they would be facing disciplinary action immediately. While I love L’Occitane products, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on, solely because of the abysmal customer service in this location.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced at L'Occitane. To my surprise, when I walked into the Westmount location, I immediately recognized the same manager who used to work at the Rockland location. I remember leaving that store years ago with a very poor impression, but at the time I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt. Everyone can have an off day. Unfortunately, several years later, I encountered the exact same attitude. The manager carries herself with a remarkable sense of indifference and superiority. Rather than acknowledging customers or offering assistance, she seems far more interested in her phone than in the people entering the store. Every interaction feels cold, dismissive, and vaguely burdensome, as though providing customer service is an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the role. There is no warmth, no willingness to help, no product guidance, and certainly none of the refinement one would expect from a premium brand such as L'Occitane. The atmosphere created by her presence is unwelcoming and uncomfortable. One unpleasant experience can be dismissed as a bad day. Experiencing the very same conduct years later, in a different location, under the same manager, suggests a persistent pattern rather than an isolated incident. L'Occitane is a lovely brand, but customer service of this caliber diminishes the entire experience. The company deserves better representation, and customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
