Je n'étais pas maquillée et vêtue de ma tenue de sport et je pense bien que les conseillères se sont dit que je n'avais pas d'affaire là. Hahaha! (Il y avait peu de clients, je précise.) Quand j'ai demandé à la conseillère de me sortir la bonne couleur de produit, elle m'a remise une teinte trop foncée et pour couroner le tout, elle a passé un commentaire sur la photo que j'avais sur l'application Sephora! 😂 Vaut mieux en rire (elle semblait très jeune)...mais je vais continuer de commander en ligne.

Cette pratique m’a grandement surpris, surtout qu’aucune politique claire n’est affichée à ce sujet. Après vérification avec le service client de sephora, on m’a indiqué qu’il n’existait pas de politique officielle interne fixant ce seuil. Cette incohérence soulève des questions. Ne me sentant pas à l’aise dans ces circonstances, j’ai préféré annuler la transaction et me faire rembourser. J’invite la direction à clarifier publiquement leur politique ou à mieux former leur vendeuse.
