  Je souhaite faire part de mon insatisfaction concernant le service offert par une employée nommée Marilou. Je lui ai demandé de l’aide afin de trouver un article, mais elle m’a simplement répondu : « Je suis en pause. » J’ai trouvé cette réponse peu professionnelle, puisqu’elle ne m’a offert aucune assistance ni indiqué à qui je pouvais m’adresser. De plus, lorsque je l’ai revue par la suite, elle ne semblait finalement pas être en pause, ce qui m’a donné l’impression qu’elle ne souhaitait tout simplement pas répondre à ma demande. Je trouve cette attitude regrettable et je m’attendrais à un meilleur accueil ainsi qu’à davantage de professionnalisme envers les clients.

  I went shopping last Saturday at this location. Once at the cash, the cashier advised me that if I bought a Sephora mask that as a rouge member I would be getting four times the points on my purchase due to a promotion they were running for Rouge members….which was not even true

  Very disappointed I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Sephora. I went there specifically to get makeup done on my arm and paid $40 for the service. Unfortunately, the result was really bad. The makeup did not properly cover what I specifically wanted hidden, and I could still clearly see it afterward. For $40, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed and like I had wasted my money. I would not recommend this service if you’re looking for proper coverage.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tom Ford Noir Extreme was one of my first truly high-end fragrance purchases from Sephora, and years later, it remains one of the most memorable fragrances I’ve ever owned. At the time, spending this much on a fragrance felt like a real luxury purchase, but Noir Extreme absolutely delivered the experience I was hoping for. Rich, sophisticated, warm and distinctive, it had an incredible presence without feeling ordinary or forgettable. What I remember most, however, are the compliments. I honestly couldn’t count how many people commented on how good this fragrance smelled when I wore it. It became one of those scents that people noticed and associated with me. The beautiful black-and-gold presentation only added to the experience. From the bottle to the scent itself, everything felt luxurious and unmistakably Tom Ford. One of my first expensive fragrances, one of my most complimented, and still one of my most iconic fragrance purchases. I would absolutely consider adding Noir Extreme to my collection again. 🖤✨

  Je suis insatisfait magasinier ce magasin,l’employé est impatiente parce que je ne connais pas très bien le produit cheveux. Elle dit de faire traduire Google moi-même sur le cell. Elle ne dit pas bonjour,elle ne sourit pas. Tout le monde ne parle le français langue maternelle. Je préfère aller ailleurs. Le client est toujours important,écoute et conseille.
