The employee who greeted me was polite and asked if I needed assistance, and the cashier who completed my purchase was friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the final interaction left a disappointing impression. I needed to scan my credit card on another payment terminal, and the manager or team lead who brought the machine over seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. When I thanked her and wished her a nice day with a smile, she didn't acknowledge me or respond. She just looked at me rudely. Honestly don’t work in customer service if you don’t like being around people. I appreciate the excellent service provided by the greeter and cashier, but the lack of courtesy from a member of management took away from what was otherwise a pleasant shopping experience.
