- DDDolcibaby4 days ago1.0This is the worst experience I have had in a Sephora. As a woman of colour I was the only person that multiple sales associates did not acknowledge. They said hello to every customer but me. They asked everyone if they needed assistance but not me. I have shopped at Sephoras all over the world but this was one of the worst experiences ever. I told the check out associate my experience when she asked if anyone had helped me but she only smiled and said nothing. Very disappointing as all other locations I have visited in Canada, France, the USA ect have been wonderful.

Cette employée sait très bien de quoi elle parle, et mérite clairement une belle reconnaissance de la part de ses patrons. Elle est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables! Elle a fait un travail absolument magnifique — le maquillage était parfait, soigné et exactement ce que je voulais. Maria est très gentille, professionnelle et à l’écoute. On se sent tout de suite en confiance avec elle. Je retournerais la voir mille fois sans hésiter. En plus, elle est colombienne et son talent est incroyable. Son travail est vraiment exceptionnel. Je la recommande à 100 % !
