  I came in sunday around a very busy time and this young girl called Muntaha was very kind to me. She used this cool phone scanner thing that would find my color and what I would need to make my skin better. She showed me a very nice cream to go with it and a very nice concealer that was also on sale! I just really wanted to thank her because I felt very happy with my first ever experience. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks :)

  Ms. Neshrin, who claims to be a manager at Sephora Pointe Claire, is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever.

  I was there the other day , after finding what I was looking for I kept browsing . It’s always loud in there and I didn’t hear one of the employees trying to get my attention . Then She yells Hey! Behind me . I turned to face her and she asked if I needed help .I replied no thank you. This is how you treat customers ? Rude

  NOT HAPPY ... Have purchased several things from Sephora . I am not happy with this company and how they operate. A couple months ago, I bought an eye cream that the store recommended to me. Over several weeks , I tried using it and each and every time, my eyes reacted terribly. I thought it was my eyes given the cold dry air of the winter. So I have tried again to use it with the same outcome...red, watery, burning itchy eyes. The item was not cheap, and almost full. Its not that I don't like it, there is something in it causing a severe reaction. I have read reviews and others have experienced the same issues with this item. I called the store and they forwarded me to calling customer service which I did. However, because I bought the item in store she said they could not help me. and told me to call the store back which I did. I asked to speak with someone high up she said she was high up.. Told me there is nothing to be done...to now email the company. So I have. THIS company has terrible customer service TERRIBLE !. I will not buy anything else from them. Only reason I am giving 1 star is you have to to post a review.
