Her product knowledge is deep but she is also just a wonderful woman. My husband picks up most of my orders for me (👩🦽➡️) and even he raves about Hope. She just makes you feel welcome. Lush products in general are great - most products are vegan , the company seems to have a social conscience -they have fundraising products for so many great causes - and if you think testing on animals is wrong you can be sure this company feels likewise. Thank you LUSH Fairview - store is more of an soothing olfactory vacation than a commercial shop. Thank you for your continued kindness.
