  Cliente de cette belle marque depuis longtemps, je constate avec regret une nette baisse de qualité. Le service à la clientèle n'est absolument plus à la hauteur des prix pratiqués. Les employés manquent visiblement de formation, tant sur l'accueil que sur la connaissance des produits. Ce qui était autrefois une belle expérience de marque ressemble aujourd'hui à un simple kiosque sans âme. C'est vraiment dommage pour une si belle enseigne.

  Nightmare customer service : I was checking the soap display and was scolded like a child such as I cannot remove the soap from the container box - attendant was talking down on me like I don’t speak English to my dismay ! I was asked to wait on another customer that is although was there before me was still browsing through the kiosk and was on video chat with somebody and meantime I have all what I need infront of me wit my card on hand and ready to fly out of there — I was told Multiple times I have to wait — while the other customer was hovering around the store still — after like 10 mins of waiting I can only wish I have more time In my hand so I can do to another place and leave my almost $200 purchase — meantime the other customer was still on video call trying to make up their mind ! When I finally got my turn 20 mins of waiting by the cash !!! I was almost reprimanded about waiting and that I DONT LOOK HAPPY —- as much as I want to finally snapped back I remember — I can always be the big person and walk away but I will never go back to this Fairview pointe claire kiosk again — terrible nightmarish experience — what suppose to be a happy mood of gift shopping for a friend has turned into lip biting and a test of my patience — thankfully I love l’Occitan’e !

  La dame responsable je ne connais pas son nom, mais âgée d’environ 65 ans, de ce kiosque devrait prendre des cours de service à la clientèle. Quand je lui pose une question, elle répond bêtement et avec un ton inapproprié pour quelqu’un qui travaille avec le public.

  Horrible customer service at Fairview in pointe Claire!! I asked for a product and I’m assuming it’s the manager, an older lady didn’t even turn around to answer my question. She just belted it out with her back facing me.
