  Très belle expérience ! Sara était vraiment gentille et souriante. Elle nous a bien accueillis et nous a montré les différents produits, les squishies, le robinet disponible et nous a même fait une démonstration d’une bombe de bain. Elle était super agréable et a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer. Très bon service, merci beaucoup ! 😊

  I want to take a moment to recognize Sara for the exceptional customer service she provided. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. Her welcoming personality and warm energy genuinely made me feel comfortable and at home. As someone who is hard of hearing and can feel anxious in public settings, I truly appreciated the kindness, understanding, and professionalism she showed throughout my visit. She went above and beyond. Her knowledge and passion for the products made me want to buy everything! I usually order online, but the exceptional service she provided has made me want to return and shop in person again. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Sara’s colleague was also wonderful, providing excellent service to another customer while engaging their child with some fun bath bomb Play-Doh activities. It was clear that both employees create a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks through the door. These fantastic employees deserve to be celebrated and rewarded for the care and dedication they bring to their work. A raise would be a well-deserved recognition of the outstanding experience they provide. Thank you again for making my visit such a positive one.
