  Un immense merci à Hala, une vraie professionnelle et une véritable experte ! 🌟 Ma fille et moi sommes entrées dans le magasin assez pressées, car nous avions un rendez-vous juste après. Le magasin était très achalandé et j’avais beaucoup d’achats à faire. J’ai donc décidé de demander conseil à une employée, et quelle chance d’être tombée sur Hala ! Elle nous a guidées avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, d’efficacité et de gentillesse. Grâce à ses excellents conseils, j’ai pu faire tous mes achats rapidement, faire de très bons choix et arriver presque à l’heure à notre rendez-vous ! 😊 Nous sommes vraiment très reconnaissantes. J’ai adoré mon expérience de magasinage, et grâce à Hala, je suis repartie très satisfaite de tous mes achats. ❤️ Merci infiniment Hala pour votre aide et votre professionnalisme exceptionnel !

  Horrible customer service, no greetings, just a bunch of people stalking me while shopping, without saying anything, I felt very uncomfortable. Asked for help, and (I think the manager) looked more bothered than anything. She cashed me out, was obviously talking about me on her mic, and forgot my birthday gift. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Won't be back.

  My experience visiting this particular Sephora store was the most positive! I received excellent service. I bought the item I needed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. This time, I was completely satisfied with my visit to Sephora. However, I do think the level of service and appearance of Sephora stores has been declining significantly. It's not always clean enough, and there are a lot of salespeople, but they're somewhat incompetent and don't offer the necessary advice. However, I was completely satisfied with this store! I was very pleased and recommend it!

  I’m here quite often for their clean line of products for my sensitive skin. I’m consistently impressed with the service here, it’s far better than that of the Eaton Centre location. Mariam is always exceptional in helping me find great products, she’s excellent at her job.
