- RGRania GardenMay 6, 20263.0Hello, I came to Sephora to enjoy a small birthday shopping moment as a Rouge member and loyal customer, but unfortunately I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I approached Alexandra to pay and redeem my birthday gift, her attitude felt cold and dismissive, including visible facial expressions and no response when I said “thank you.” She also incorrectly told me I could not redeem both my birthday gift and my points item, before later confirming with a colleague that I was in fact entitled to both. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional both in customer service and technical knowledge. Thank you.

The staff were super helpful, especially considering it was the end of the Sephora sale and pretty busy. One of the girls actually reminded me I still had an extra 10% off, which was a nice surprise. I picked up two perfume sample sets from a brand I’ve been wanting to try, so I was really happy with that. Also loved their new checkout system they can actually ring you up while you’re waiting in line if you’re paying by card. One of the associates pulled me aside and checked me out on her phone, which made everything way faster. Overall, really smooth experience. Would definitely go back.
