  Je n'ai pas eu le temps de revenir mais j'aimerais remercier les dames qui runnaient la promotion des parfums D&G. On m'a prise au sérieux et traitée avec soin. Merci encore pour l'information et la gentillesse. La promotion terminait aujourd'hui et je n'ai pas eu la chance d'acheter en magasin, mais je tiens à les souligner. :)

  Great selection of products, I was looking for a new foundation and your employee Eva helped me find exactly what I needed. I’ve shopped at Sephora since I was 15 and this is probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had

  La dame de Dior Karine nous a pas lâcher, alors qu'on voulait juste acheter un truc précis mais elle continuait a nous montrer tout les autres articles dior alors qu'on a etait clair qu'on est gêné elle forçait trop et disait c'est pas grave c'est pour la prochaine fois , si tu lis mon commentaire karine voila un conseil ne force pas la vente c'est désagréable

  I was at this Sephora yesterday making a purchase and asked if I could receive my annual birthday gift as my birthday is coming up in two weeks and was refused. I was told I would have to wait a day and a half and could pick it up October 1st. When I told the cashier its hard for me to get to Sephora with my schedule and can I please have the free gift now as my birthday is two weeks away I was still refused. I find this very petty making someone wait just a little over a day for their complementary gift. Never had this issue in the past receiving my gift and im shocked how much their customer service has fallen compared to the past. I told her to keep the gift I no longer want it and left. Very poor form Sephora! Great way to lose loyal customers over this pettiness over a few free birthday samples.

  I was in a hurry and the staff member who was handling the payments was assisting another customer. She told me to wait in line, even though there was another consultant nearby who was not assisting customers with payments and could have helped her. The staff seemed very poorly organized, and the service was extremely slow. There was no effort to accommodate me, even though I explained that I was in a hurry to get to class. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to leave the products behind and go. This was a very disappointing experience and, as a result, you lost a customer.
