I barely leave bad reviews but I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional service I received at this location today at 6 PM. I was served by the cashier stationed at the first register on the right. When I politely asked her to repeat her question as I didn't catch it the first time, she treated me with blatant condescension, making me feel like a burden. Furthermore, she failed to ask if I needed a bag for my two items, showing a complete lack of basic service standards. I cannot help but wonder if this dismissive attitude is a standard behavior or if it stems from prejudice. As an Asian customer, I felt entirely unwelcome at this store. This kind of exclusionary attitude is completely unacceptable and falls far below the professionalism I expect from a brand like Sephora. I left the store feeling insulted and humiliated. I will not be returning to this location. Probably people like me who don’t speak excellent English or French are not welcomed by this location 🤷🏻‍♀️

Excellent service de Fari qui a pris le temps avec moi de refaire une routine fond de teint. Les produits qu’elles m’a proposé sont incroyable et elle a vraiment amélioré mon maquillage. Merci ✨

The experience so far wasn’t so bad but the cashier (she was dark skinned) was giving me weird looks me and my friend both felt uncomfortable. And was super unprofessional like the girl was forced on the job. I work in hospitality the least you can do is not roll your eyes in front of the client wait for them to at least leave. 😒 im pretty sure other people would be more happy to have that job instead if you hate it that much.

Bad experience (again) I was in the area that's why I went over there. So on Thursday 18.06.2026 around 6pm and was looking for a product I saw online and wanted to buy it. I was looking for the items there's was some employees standing over not even ask me if I need any help. One employee came and I was about to show him what kind of product I was looking for he left. Then there was 2 employees talking to each other one of them showing her nails to the other asking him how he likes her nails. Find the product cause I ask and show the picture. Then I went to the perfume section ask for one of the employee there to see the size of one of the perfume cause it wasn't show on the display she asked me if I gonna buy it cause she didn't want to go and show me the size. I'm sorry but most of the employees over there are really judgmental they look at you by appearance not humble at all very poor customer service I prefer to go at the one at Galerie d'Anjou they are very friendly kind down to earth smiling they welcome you and make you feel you are a person not like those one who's working at this location not all of them but 3/4.

Hello, I'm writing this review due to the lack of professionalism and logic of one of the managers, Kim. Yesterday, Monday, June 8th, one hour before closing, I went to buy a self-tanning face lotion, specifically the Clarins one. I simply went and grabbed it. The price displayed was $39, but when I went to the register, the price was $53. I took a picture of the shelf to show the cashier that it said $39, so she called this manager, Kim. What she explained was that the size of the product I grabbed was larger than the product that cost that much (but here's the problem): I grabbed the first one in line, and that was it. The one the size of the product I grabbed wasn't even close to the product, or even on the floor, because it's a product that's only available online. I would have understood if the product had been misplaced due to a customer's error; however, that's not the case here. It's like they put a product that's only sold online on the floor next to other products of the same brand and type. This was either an employee's mistake or a lack of manager oversight of the products on the floor (because the one I bought was probably an online refund from a customer, and the employees put it on the floor with the price of $39). The manager refused to honor the price adjustment and, with a terrible attitude, tried to blame the customers for this error, knowing full well that it was her fault that an item sold only online was on the floor. As I said, the price of the item I bought wasn't even displayed on the floor. I had to call customer service, and they agreed with me and adjusted the price. I also filed a formal complaint about that location and the manager because it was a matter of logic and fairness. I didn't even know there were two sizes. I saw a product line, there was one price listed, and I grabbed the first one I saw. That was all.
