  I had a "Teach me how to mac" session with Jordan, and she was amazing! She listened to my struggles and ambitions, and was patient and helpful doing the steps. I'm very happy with the products she recommended me, I use them almost every day, and I have significantly gotten better at applying my makeup! Shes great energy, whether you take a session with her or just ask her help around the shop! Thanks again Jordan!!!! <3 Lulu

  I came in to find foundation as my prior favorite brand changed its formula and no longer meets my expectation. The sales representative was very patient in helping me to find the right shade. She also offered me test samples to try at home. I am very happy with the overall !

  Trop contente de savoir qu'il y a de si bons recruteurs pour les agents de service client. Ecoute, empathie, accompagnement, essayage, suggestions. De ton entrée à ta sortie, tu ne trouveras personne qui te criera dessus. Essaie de refuser et aucun regard agicheur. Aucune vente à pression. Le scénario est fait de tel que tu aies toujours quelqu'un pour te répondre (par exemple ils sont moins focus, si tu laisses un client pour aider l'autre, ca devient pareil, tu peux accueillir l'autre et revenir finaliser, c'est comme finit l'appel avec l'autre). Ils te laissent aussi ton espace. Je vous recommande les rouges à lèvres retro matte: ruby woo et feels so grand. Le fond de teint fix a un spf15 pour l'été c'est bien aussi.

  Excellent customer service. The make up artist say down with me and made sure I liked the colours. She gave me tips how to apply the makeup and gave me a card so I can write down all of the steps to application.
