  Je suis toujours très satisfaite de mes expériences dans le magasin L'Occitane en Provence du Centre Eaton. Les produits sont d'excellente qualité et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Les deux conseillères sont très gentilles, professionnelles et attentives aux besoins de la clientèle. Elles connaissent parfaitement les produits. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y faire mes achats. Je recommande vivement cette boutique !

  Really bad customer service, when I went to checkout the employee (I believe her name was Audrey) refused to speak to me in English. I kept speaking in English and she kept responding in French, I felt quite disrespected to be honest. I’ve had such great experiences at other Occitanes (Royalmount and Westmount) so this was really disappointing.

  The girl with the tattoos and glasses was super rude and gave me bad service. What a shame because I was excited to go but she did not make my experience enjoyable. Terrible attitude

  The sales person was very helpful on providing me with the "old" and bigger format for the men's perfume that I wanted. Sadly, I disagree with L'Occitane approach of reducing the size only and not the price...
