However, the "relaxation area" has become like the lobby: with loud & lengthly conversations. When I requested to talk to the manager I realized the one doing the loud talking was her. She was giving a gift to a customer & apologizing for something. I wish that conversation would have been done in private or at the exit of the customer in the reception area. I wish for the relaxation area to remain SILENT.

The front desk lady was lovely, we were promptly taken back. The foot bath and stone walk pre-massage was great while waiting for our appointment(s). The snack options were plentiful. The massage itself with the scent selection and description was quite a unique journey and I enjoyed every bit of my experience! Post-massage we were led back to the stone walk area and brought freshly made pastries while we hydrated (which were excellent). I couldn’t recommend more! Very memorable and I will be back when I next visit Montreal.
