Je trouve que le service n’est pas très attentionné et qu’il y a très peu de générosité concernant les cadeaux et les échantillons. En tant que cliente, j’aimerais me sentir davantage appréciée et avoir une meilleure expérience lors de mes achats. J’espère que Sephora prendra en compte les commentaires de ses clientes et améliorera ce point.

Every time I come here there are no employees available on the sales floor and I have to chase them down to get help. I’ve placed multiple pick-up orders here and every time I go they are either sold out or not processed in time (despite placing the order several hours beforehand, meaning I have to buy the item AGAIN and wait 5 business days for my refund for the pickup order). Stuff like this makes me not want to shop at Sephora, because if it’s a hassle each time then why bother.
