There were were wrongly marked down items, I had put a 30% off item in my basket only to be told “sorry that promotion was yesterday and it no longer applies.” Subsequently, I mentioned that I was a rouge member, it is my birthday today and I wanted to know which birthday gifts I had to choose from. Firstly, the cashier did not even acknowledge that it was my birthday today and only offered 2 items and said they had no others due to people scamming. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I happened to look like a potato in pajamas that day, but a customer is a customer. Soso from makeup, however, was wonderful. She took the time to help me find the right lipstick, concealer shades, and products I needed. Patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. She deserves a special shoutout for making this potato feel very well taken care of.
