    Excellent service. Je voulais un rouge a lèvres de Sephora mais la couleur est discontinuée. La gérante à chercher dans toute la boutique une alternative et sa suggestion de chez Mac est un Excellent choix. Merci à toute l'équipe pour vote disponibilité et vote service chaleureux

    Au Sephora de Robert Bourrassa (Laval), le service des vendeuses est un service 5 étoiles, le Nec plus ultra; vendeuses super agréables, chaleureuses, professionnelles, proactive, attentives et de très bons conseils. Il est très agréable de magasiner dans un cadre comme celui-ci. Aujourd'hui, ma fille et moi avons été servies par Clélia et Qamar (coucou à elles deux et encore merci) et de manière générale, nous sortons toujours satisfaites de la boutique. Donc je suis très heureuse d'avoir la boutique pas loin de chez moi et d'avoir à chaque fois une belle expérience. Je vous la recommande très fortement.

    Si vous êtes un homme, préparez vous pour l'odeur de produits《embellissant》, ça frappe fort lorsque vous pénétré dans ce stade dédié aux produits de beauté. Tout m'a semblé relativement parfait. Le seul détail qui est venu m'agacer est la disposition qui est clairement fait par enseigne et non pas par produit. Si vous chercher quelque chose pour les lèvres, par exemple, vous devrez parcourir tout le magasin pour voir ce qu'il y a de disponible. Il n'y a aucune section dédié a ce que vous voulez. Sans ça, magasin très propre avec des employés extrêmement aimable. Je trouve les images publicitaires un peu choquante par contre. Je suis mitigé sur l'hyper sexualisation des mineures.

    I went to Sephora yesterday to exchange the color of some products I bought during the sale. The policy allows you to exchange for a different shade from the same brand within a month. I asked for assistance right when I walked in, and a staff member called an employee to help me. I explained I just needed a color swap, and the employee confirmed it would be fine. One item they didn’t have in stock in store, so she offered to order it for me. The other two were available but when we got to the cash, she processed a refund without explaining why. At first, I didn’t question it because I assumed she knew what she was doing. But once I realized I was being charged more, I asked why. She then called over the manager, who told me that once it was refunded they couldn’t honor the original price. I was extremely frustrated because this was supposed to be a simple color exchange, and I never asked for a refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the employee’s mistake, the manager basically dismissed it as my fault. I clarified that I was there to exchange shades and should not be charged more than I originally paid. Eventually, after a lot of frustration they gave me the products at the correct price. The whole experience was incredibly poor no customer care and no ownership of the mistake.
