  I went into Sephora looking for a hair product. An employee came over to help me and recommended a product that cost around $60. I told her it was more than I wanted to spend and asked if there were any more affordable alternatives. Her response was incredibly rude: “No ma’am, there’s nothing under $60. You’re shopping at Sephora. I’m not the one who makes the prices.” Seriously? First of all, I’m fully aware of where I’m shopping. Second, I found it hard to believe there wasn’t a single cheaper option. I was simply asking for a recommendation that fit my budget. I ended up finding a product myself that met my needs, in a smaller size, for significantly less. When I went to the checkout, it was the same employee. I simply said, “Turns out there were less expensive products. I wish you had suggested those to me.” She replied, “My dear, you don’t need to get upset.” I never raised my voice, I was simply disappointed with the service. Being treated this way for asking about a more affordable option is unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Customers should be able to ask for recommendations within their budget without being spoken to in a condescending or dismissive way.

  After another Sephora store had horrible service, I went to this one and honestly service here was outstanding everyone is so sweet and kind. There was a girl who helped me on the phone before I came to confirm a product availability and they really have good service. Thank you for the good experience

  Beautiful place! My makeup artist, Qamar E., was incredibly professional and attentive. She really listened to what I liked and disliked, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I was very happy with the results and would definitely recommend her!

  Catastrophique. Ma fille s’est rendue à ce salon pour un maquillage complet à l’occasion de son bal. Malheureusement, le résultat était très décevant. Le fond de teint était beaucoup trop foncé pour sa carnation, ses cernes étaient encore plus visibles, des lignes apparaissaient déjà sous ses yeux en sortant, et les faux cils étaient mal appliqués et peu esthétiques. Nous avions choisi de faire appel à une professionnelle afin d’obtenir un beau résultat, gagner du temps et éviter le stress d’une journée aussi importante. Malheureusement, c’est tout le contraire qui s’est produit. Ma fille a exprimé ses préoccupations pendant la séance, mais elle a eu l’impression de ne pas être écoutée. En rentrant à la maison, elle s’est mise à pleurer tellement elle était insatisfaite du résultat. Elle a même envisagé de ne pas aller à son bal. Finalement, elle a dû enlever tout le maquillage et le refaire elle-même, ce qui lui a causé un stress et un retard complètement inutiles lors d’une journée qui devait être spéciale. Une expérience très décevante que nous ne souhaitons à personne.
