Carts and boxes of merchandise were strewn everywhere. The salespeople were busy with their own affairs—some conferring, others chatting pleasantly with colleagues. Customers and salespeople are two parallel realities here. I tested perfumes and found that almost all the bottles were empty. For example, Tom Ford, Yves Saint Laurent. The perfume shelves were dusty. Also a very small selection of perfumes. They're cosmetics, for God's sake! It's a perpetual celebration for women! And your store has an air of desolation. I doubt I'll come back here to shop.
