I literally walked in at the last 30 minutes before closing and I felt a little bad but Lina was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, attentive and genuinely nice throughout the whole experience. She took the time to help me, answered all my questions and never once made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. Honestly, this is the kind of customer service you remember. You can tell when someone is genuinely happy to help and takes pride in what they do. Lina went above and beyond, especially considering I came before closing. Une employée âgée, lunettes et cheveux rouges, m’a interpellée très agressivement et en criant, en me disant de ne pas toucher aux produits. Le plus choquant? d’autres clients touchaient aux mêmes produits devant moi sans problème! Quand je lui ai demandé pourquoi, elle m’a répondu : « Parce que c’est vous. » En tant que femme noire, j’ai vécu cette différence de traitement comme profondément discriminatoire et raciste. C’est totalement inacceptable. Merci à la direction de me contacter. Je me souviens très bien de l’employée et je peux parfaitement l’identifier.

Et la conseillère qui m'a été assignée semblait me pousser vers un seul article plutôt que de m'écouter ou de m'aider à comparer. J'espérais un service plus chaleureux et plus à l'écoute.
