  She would not return my money. The amount I paid for. The staff made a mistake didn’t scan my return receipt and took my phone number Returned the wrong amount which was less than what I paid for. She didn’t care. Her manager the worst person. The worst store. The worst customer service The manager is extremely rude. She gave me the discount amount and then refused to do anything about it. Said oh we can’t do anything about it. The worst experience. Honestly even if you don’t have a choice don’t ever go into this Sephora. The manager and the staff is spoiling the name of Sephora. My husband was there for 1 hr trying to do a return and they refused to even believe him that he paid full amount, even after he showed them the receipt. The manager said you have to get the products in physically, when my husband told her we haven’t gotten the full amount. She had already taken the products but refused. Asked for her name and she refused saying I am not obligated. The manager acted like she paid for my 470$ order and I got the products for free. This is what kinda treatment you get even after spending so much. I am never ever going to buy at Sephora. I honestly don’t recommend you do either. They are corporate and 0 value for the customer. There have been so many bad reviews for this store and about the same person but the behaviour is still continuing and this is what shows the value of their customers Sephora has. REFUSING TO PAY BACK WHAT I WAS OWED CANNOT BE EXPLAINED IN ANYWAY. THIS IS PURE THEFT. PURELY ILLEGAL. NOT JUST SOMETHING THATS DISAPPOINTING TOP IT ALL REFUSING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM PROOF OF HOW THEY ARE WRONG. I FEEL LIKE GOING AND RETURNING MY ENTIRE $470 APPROX ORDER AND NOT EVER BUYING FROM SEPHORA. I WOULD RATHER BUY FROM PHARMAPRIX. NEVER GO TO THIS SEPHORA They deleted my review!! 😂

  J’ai contacté le magasin le 13 avril pour demander s’il avait un parfum en Stock en magasin avant que je me déplace à Laval et faire 1h de route. La gérante cette journée là elle m’a dit au téléphone qu’elle était trop occuper pour vérifier. De plus, j’ai demandé son nom et elle m’a racroché dessu. J’avais appeler 3 autres Sephoras avant ça et ils ont tous gentillement accepter d’aller vérifier pour moi. Je me suis déplacée en magasin pour récupérer ma commande en ligne et la gérante à la caisse , sans bonjour, ni sourir, elle m’a demandé le code pour la commande. De plus, le magasin était presque vide vu que c’était un lundi et seulement 3 commande en ligne était sur le comptoire. Je lui ai reproché son comportement au téléphone et elle m’a dit qu’il y a une autre gérante et ce n’était pas elle. Ça l’a pris 15 min pour s’excuser, alors que c’est le minumum que je demandais. J’ai travaillé à Sephora moi-même et je sais à quel point leur service à la clientèle est important pour eux et ils nous aprennent vraiment à bien agir avec les clients et les satisfaires, mais je crois que ce n’était pas le cas pour ce magasin. S’ils ont autant de commentaire négatifs sur Google, ce n’est pas pour rien. Les gérants doivent reflèter l’importance que Sephora donne à ses clients.

  There is something boring about this location. Lots of girls, but they were all loafing around, talking amongst themselves. I felt very underwhelmed. They didn't have the item I wanted in stock either. I won't be going back unless I'm desperate for something, and I'm in the area. I don't see this location staying open for long.
