  Le service à la clientèle de MAC est le service client le plus horrible. Leur clientèle n’est vraiment pas une priorité pour eux. J’aime beaucoup mieux Sephora.

  I am extremely disappointed and, honestly, I have no words to describe my experience today. I went to MAC at Carrefour in the middle of the rain and storm with the intention of purchasing multiple products to complete my collection. Unfortunately, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The employee who assisted me, a blonde-haired older woman, had a very poor attitude and did not provide any helpful advice or product recommendations. She ignored me for most of my visit, handed me products and brushes without any explanation, and repeatedly walked away to assist other customers while I was still waiting for help. I politely asked if another employee with more experience and a better approach could assist me. Instead, she became upset and walked away. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I ended up going to Sephora, where I received much better customer service and had a positive experience. I spent over $500 on products there because I felt valued as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive proper assistance when shopping at your store.

  I visited this store last week and Carmela did my makeup. She was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. She’s very professional and talented and you can tell she loves what she does. She asked me what’s the look I’m going for so I showed her an inspiration pic and she did it 10 times better than the picture. Thank you Carmela you were so lovely, I’ll definitely come back.

  Mercedes a offert un excellent service du début à la fin. Elle est professionnelle, attentionnée et très compétente. Elle a pris le temps de bien comprendre mes besoins, de répondre à toutes mes questions et de s’assurer que je sois entièrement satisfait(e) du résultat. Son souci du détail et son attitude chaleureuse ont rendu l’expérience très agréable. Je la recommande sans hésiter. Merci encore pour ton excellent travail, Mercedes !

  Mercedes is sooo lovely. She helped me find my perfect shade in the powder foundation I have been using for years but the formula changed! She’s so bubbly and chatty and just a beautiful soul. Was a lovely first visit to the store. I’ll be back!
