  Love shopping here! The store is always clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain products and give good recommendations. Everything I’ve bought has been great quality. Always a good experience here. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

  Je viens de sortir du magasin, je n’ai rien acheté malheureusement, mais l’employée était particulièrement gentille et serviable. De plus, ce sont les meilleurs produits pour la peau franchement n’hésitez pas !!!

  Excellent service a la clientèle a cette succursale et j'y vais depuis plusieurs années. Je suis toujours bien servie et j'apprécie les conseils judicieux que j'y reçois, en plus avec honnêteté. Je pense que certaines personnes oublient que c'est le temps des fêtes et que le personnel est essoufflé . Continuez votre bon travail. Bravo!

  I went yesterday and i could tell the service is 0. No greeting, one was behind the counter looking at nothing and the other one was just placing nothing and when i was next to her I was confused about the product but honestly I wouldn’t want to disturb them just by how I got receive in the first place.

  I love the products and been many years loyal customer. But especially this store carrefour Laval the customer service it’s really bad like today I was pass by to shop the employee busy talking behind the counter and not even greeting and laughing around even other customer also complain not even know clearly about product Knowledge.
