    Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon expérience au Benefit Brow Bar du Sephora des Promenades Gatineau. Je suis entrée au magasin vers 10h35 pour demander à une des gérantes si la technicienne des sourcils était sur place et à quelle heure elle commençait. On m’a répondu qu’elle débutait à 10h50. Parfait, je prends donc un rendez-vous pour 11h15, ce qui me laisse le temps d’aller faire quelques commissions avant de revenir. Je reviens au Sephora à 11h12. Après avoir attendu quelques minutes à la station Benefit, je demande à une employée si la technicienne est arrivée. Une autre employée me dit qu’elle vient de lui écrire et qu’elle “arrive dans quelques minutes” parce qu’elle a eu un contretemps. Je comprends qu’un imprévu peut arriver, mais la gérante m’avait confirmé plus tôt qu’elle commençait à 10h50… elle était donc déjà en retard de plus de 30 minutes sur son quart de travail. Finalement, la technicienne arrive seulement à 11h40, soit 25 minutes après mon rendez-vous, avec comme seule explication : “j’ai eu un contretemps”. Aucun appel, aucun avertissement, aucune communication. En plus, la station n’était même pas prête, donc j’ai dû attendre encore quelques minutes supplémentaires avant de commencer. Résultat : je suis sortie plus d’une heure après mon rendez-vous pour un service qui devait durer environ 20 minutes. Le plus frustrant, c’est lorsque je suis allée payer mes achats avant mon rendez-vous. La caissière m’a mentionné que le service Benefit “n’est pas géré par Sephora”, que ce “n’est pas leur problème” et qu’ils n’avaient même pas le numéro de téléphone de la technicienne pour la rejoindre. Je trouve cela extrêmement peu professionnel et mal organisé. Quand un service est offert à l’intérieur d’un Sephora, il devrait y avoir un minimum de gestion et de communication avec les clients. Très mauvaise expérience au niveau du professionnalisme, de l’organisation et du respect du temps des clients.

    Le service à la clientèle est très mauvais, absence de sourire et de courtoisie. Chaque question semble être un fardeau. Cependant les représentants des marques sont très gentil(le)s .

    I've been coming to Sephora for two decades and this is the first time the staff was rude. Such an unpleasant check out experience. Not sure what is up with the staff member but this is unusual for Sephora. I was one of the few customers in the store too, so it wasn't like they were busy and there were three staff members just chatting around the cash.

    I’m really disappointed with the experience my husband had at this store. He came to buy me a perfume, wearing his work clothes. Since he didn’t know much about the products, he asked an employee for help. Instead of assisting him, she looked at him and said, “Are you sure you’re going to buy?”, judging him based on what he was wearing rather than his intentions. He was in a hurry and didn’t get her name or have a chance to talk to her—he just asked another employee for help, completed his purchase, and left. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from Sephora, a brand that presents itself as inclusive and welcoming. Judging a customer by their outfit or profession instead of helping them is utterly shameful and disrespectful. I hope the store trains its staff properly so every customer can be treated with respect and equality, no matter what they’re wearing.
