- SRSonia RoySep 11, 20261.0Incredibly rude customer service. I have shopped at multiple Sephora locations before, and the customer service has always been amazing—except at this particular store. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review, but almost every time I shop at this location, I experience very poor service at checkout due to the salesperson’s attitude. There are no greetings, frequent eye-rolling, and an overall dismissive attitude toward customers, even when simply asking a question. I understand that working in customer service can be mentally and physically demanding, and I truly appreciate that it can be a challenging job. However, I don’t believe that justifies treating customers in this manner. This experience has been very disappointing and is quite different from the excellent customer service I’ve experienced at other Sephora locations.
- YHyeshaia hagerSep 8, 20261.0I’ve been shopping at Sephora for a long time and the staff here was so rude. Stood around for 10 minutes without any assistance, even asked someone for help and they brushed me off. At the checkout the girl running the till was very rude - horrible customer service skills. Reading these reviews I’m not surprised.
- KKKuwan KernyuySep 3, 20265.0It was an awesome experience. It was my first time at Sephora Promenades and Méliza welcomed me so well. She smiled all through and recommended a great product. Méliza is great. Thank you
