    Mauvaise expérience avec le service à la clientèle. Je suis allé chercher une commande et j'ai parlé à 3 personnes. Elles m'ont dit je suia occupé, je reviens. Après elles passent à côté de moi et elles ne me regardent pas du tout. On m'a oublié. J'ai passé 30 min dans ce magasin. Quand j'ai finalement réussi a prendre ma commande, l'employé me dit tout va bien. Je lui dit non pas du tout, le service à la clientèle est mauvaise.. Elle me dit oui je comprends.. et elle me coupait constamment. Elle m'a dit que je suis violente enters elle. Non, mais franchement quel mauvaise service à la clientèle et spécialement les employés qui manquent de respect et qui traitent leur clients de tous les noms. Mauvaise expérience

    Super knowledgable employee.she was over 40 (Sylvia?) and knew exactly what I needed and spent over 20 minutes colour matching two different products from two different lines for my under eyes and suggested a cream. Best experience ever.

    I would not be leaving a review if the customer service wasn’t abysmal the last 5 times I have shopped there. Whether you’re shopping, buying, returning or exchanging a product, I have been met time and time again with a customer service that borderlines on passive aggressive and invasive. There is no reason for this. Ladies, (and gentlemen!) you’re selling makeup and skincare, it should be fun and light. I’ve worked customer service for years, I’ve even worked at Sephora; I always respond to the workers with kindness. Yet, more often than not, the staff at this location are mostly (not all) lacking in EQ and conflict resolution. CS training needs to be improved at the store level, the online reps are always kind.

    I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I recently came in to exchange a foundation after realizing the shade wasn’t the right match for me. I was only one day past the 30-day window and wasn’t asking for a refund, just a simple exchange for the correct shade. Despite this, the manager, Manzah, refused to assist or offer any solution. There was no attempt to accommodate, show understanding, or even suggest an alternative. Given my long-standing loyalty and how minor the situation was, I expected a bit more flexibility and customer care. This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer and hesitant to continue supporting a business that doesn’t stand behind its service in situations like this.
