Ce n’est malheureusement pas la première fois que j’ai une mauvaise expérience avec Manaz. Son regard de travers et surtout sa manière de me parler sont irrespectueuses et condescendantes. En plein milieu de la consultation, elle parlait dans une autre langue avec une autre cliente qui est arrivé bien après moi et elle ne faisait que regarder son téléphone, ce qui m’a vraiment donné l’impression d’être de trop et de déranger. Je ne me suis pas sentie écoutée ni considérée comme une cliente. C’est vraiment dommage, surtout pour une enseigne comme Sephora, où l’expérience client devrait être une priorité…

I entered in a rush and a nice lady named "Lydia" did a 30 minutes makeup for me between 2 of her appointments. I don't have any beauty products at home and I am not a makeup fan! Honestly, she gave me a genuine skin foundation makeup, I had never experienced before! Truly happy with the results! The makeup lasted for overnight without any issues!
