- UKUrsula K1 day ago3.0Expérience d’hier matin: Honnêtement tu dois aller chercher de l’aide à l’ouverture quand il y a personne dans le magasin, les tester sont presque tous finis impossible de voir les couleurs et textures on doit se redéplacer pour reeedemander de l’aide, vendeuse pas plus de bonne humeur que ça à 10 AM en plus… bref belle sélection de produits et magasin propre si non sans plus

L’employé m’a forcé à prendre un panier et à commencer à me suivre partout dans le magasin peu importe où j’allais. Je ne me sentait vraiment pas bien accueilli et quand on est sortis, elle nous a demander très brusquement si on achetait quelque chose et après notre sortie du magasin , mon ami m’a confirmer qu’elle essayait bel et bien de regarder dans nos sac comme si on était des voleuses. C’était quasiment du harcèlement.

The staff girl didn’t help me with even swatches. I asked to give me samples to try and she hesitated and said ´ it’s very small amount you can’t even do a full face’ ….i mean hello smarty!! Do u really think I’m hoarding samples to do a full face of makeup?? Shame on your staff. I then told her to just give me a Sample. And she did but then miss smartness didn’t bother to even mark which one is which one and packed it. Wowwww superb 👌. Fantastic store useless staff. Everytime I go here, they are so unwelcoming.Such a shame.
