  Service catastrophique. Je demande un article à une conseillère( blanche), elle me dit qu’elle va vérifier en arrière, mais au final elle part discuter avec sa collègue à la caisse puis revient en disant qu’il n’y en a pas, sans même avoir vraiment regardé. Arrivée à la caisse, aucune politesse pas de bonjour, rien. La conseillère (lois) me demande si j’ai un compte, je réponds non, puis elle me regarde de haut avec un air méprisant. Franchement, elles sont mal élevées, immatures , c’est inadmissible. Aucun sens du professionnalisme, aucune éducation envers les clients. Très mauvaise expérience

  I’ve been a frequent customer at this store, but unfortunately I’ve never felt genuinely welcomed or valued here. Every time people walk in, no one says hi . Staff members walking around the store and sometimes even passing by the customers and they don’t even look at you — it often feels like you’re invisible. If you need assistance, you have to actively look for someone, and even then, it’s difficult to get helpful information about products. The overall experience is disappointing and not what I would expect. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this location. In contrast, the Sephora store in Boisbriand offers a completely different experience—staff greet you as soon as you enter and are attentive, often checking if you need any help. I hope this location can improve its customer service in the future.

  Rude, unhelpful and not smiling workers. i have been a loyal customer to Sephora. I usually always have the best service at Sephora but had the worst one at this Boisbriand one. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this one. The employees are there for their pay and don't care about any customer service. DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE unless you want to deal with rude unhappy workers
