- MTMaritza TapiaFeb 18, 20261.0Absolutely the worse Sephora I’ve ever been to. The worker tonight 02-18-26 had a terrible attitude . I wanted to exchange a powder that was the wrong shade and that’s what I asked but instead she went and refunded my card without even telling me which takes 3-7 business day by the way . If I would have known you couldn’t do an exchange at all without a physical receipt even though I had bought it on my actual Sephora account I would have just kept the makeup and waited but she didn’t even give me an option or ask just refunded me like she just wanted me gone (45 min till closing ) I was told from another kohls Sephora I could have at least gotten a Sephora store credit instead but I wasn’t even given that option.

The range of displayed products is naturally less than that of an independent shop. Did not feel enthusiasm or high customer- friendly attitude of staff there.See complaints in other reviews , for which there is no response from Sephora or Kohl's Manager.This is very sad. Management's of both MUST address such issues professionally and resolve ASAP. Do not see progress unless professional working is induced.
- JTJennifer ThibbsDec 9, 20221.0I love shopping at Kohls and noticed they recently put a SEPHORA in at our Poway store, so excited about it. I went in with such high hopes. But after meeting with Landa, omg what a horrible experience I had. I was the ONLY person in the sephora store. I asked for a price on a item that was misplaced on a shelf for the moroccan oil set. She said she would absolutely NOT get a price for me. Like wow. She said I'd have to find the price myself, because she was busy. She was refilling perfumes and had her phone. Then she went off to talk to a Kohls employee. It was 9am. I like to support my local stores here in Poway but I don't think I'll even go back to Kohls again after the horrible experience with Landa. I ended up at mission mall where I spent 300.00 on all my favorite items. And ended up shopping at a different Kohls. I've never had such a horrible experience with SEPHORA before but she takes the cake as the worst employee ever!
