I only had to wait about 5 minutes even though the wait time on the app was 15 minutes. My stylist was Kayla and when I told her what I wanted done, she was able to listen, made sure this is what I wanted done because it was a major haircut, and got my cut done within 30 minutes. She was quick, sufficient, and friendly throughout the entire encounter. I came back today to take my two daughters to get a haircut (after they saw my new cut and wanted to get theirs done too). Kayla cut my youngest and Amber cut my oldest. My oldest was also a major cut as she had very long hair. Kayla and Amber were both attentive to both my kids and making sure they were comfortable and making sure they wanted the cuts they were about to get. What was amazing about Great Clips is that they donated your hair and discount it from your haircut. So both my oldest and my hair cuts were free!

I call to make sure she’s in. She knows exactly how to cut my curly hair and is extremely detail oriented. She is the only person I have cut my hair and I’ve been beyond happy every time. She’s always a highlight of my day - I don’t know what’d I’d do without her.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
