She didn’t greet me when I arrived, and throughout the transaction, I said “thank you” three times with no response at all. She seemed completely uninterested in being there. Isn’t greeting customers with a smile and basic courtesy the foundation of good customer service? Unfortunately, I left feeling unappreciated and unwelcome.
