  I stopped by the Lush store recently after a very stressful workday and it was such a nice experience. The store smelled amazing and looked so inviting. One of the workers named Vanessa instantly stood out to me. She was so friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. She explained the products really well and even gave me a lovely hand scrub and massage that was so relaxing. My normally dry hands felt amazing afterward! I had not planned to buy much when initially coming in, but she made great recommendations that felt tailored to my skin type and lifestyle and she even included a little sample at checkout. The entire visit was calm, informative, and just felt super genuine. I left in a much better mood and will definitely be back again!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Lush about a month ago, thanks to one of the staff members, Z. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and genuinely—“Hi, welcome!”—with a smile and zero judgment. She asked what brought me into the store today, and when I said I was just treating myself with some self-care, she said, “Oh my God, that’s so lovely. I love that for you!” It immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Z was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I shared what I was looking for, and she suggested a few options. I was interested in the Octopus Jelly wash, and she not only showed me where it was but also pointed out other similar scents. She listened to my concerns, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even gave me a sample of a hair product I was curious about. What really stood out to me was how friendly and non-judgmental she was. I was dressed casually in yoga pants, a T-shirt, and a hoodie, and sometimes I’ve felt judged in other stores—but Z treated me with respect and genuine kindness. I ended up spending over $80 and felt great about my purchases. Customer service like Z’s is rare, and she deserves recognition (and maybe a raise!). She made my visit enjoyable and welcoming, and I left the store feeling happy and appreciated. We need more staff like her!

  Store has a great selection and even better service. The girl in the Melanie Martinez shirt is awesome. She was very approachable, helpful, and friendly. She gave us a free sample with our purchase too. I will be back to this store!
