- ELeleven l4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. I was told earlier that my item would be on sale on the 12th, but when I came back, another employee said it wasn’t until the 14th. I accepted the correction, and right as I walk away , I heard the employees laughing and saying I got my information from TikTok. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
- DBDenise BelcherSep 7, 20241.0I was shopping at kohls when I saw that Sephora had products 50% off, they explained that they were matching Ulta’s prices. I asked about the products and they told me that I should check the stickers. I found a clinic foundation that had the 50% off sticker, I even tried it on to make sure it was my shade. When I was going to pay they said that those were not on sale anymore because the sale ended up yesterday. So basically she took the sticker and said ups our bad. Of course I went to Ulta after that.
