People were astonished. She should not work with the public. I do give FIVE STARS to GABY! She is a great stylist, been using her for over a year now and yes, the coupons do work when you can get them.. Just hope that CN or NC (not sure her name) gets removed from that store. Not being able to call and make an appointment or figure out the online process of "signing in" is not good. We are humans, many retired and not digitally adept. How hard is it to take a call and schedule a "day of" appoinment? They have raised their prices way more than reasonable. Sad..
