It was horrifying. 1st of the last the “stylist” cut my ear and he was like playing it off if it was ok and then said it’s my fault for moving which I wasn’t. Still had a nerve to charge me and no offer a no charge injury. Final time I had my hair cut, was with this lady that was cutting my hair and she was complaining about how my hair should be cut and had another customer getting their haircut join in to “insult me” and to top off then complained I didn’t tip. Well how can I tip if you are complaining and getting another customer to join in with the “insult” Not sure if the new hiring of these hair stylists these days are the best they can get but something needs to change. I noticed at that time, there are lot of different stylists and the original ones are not staying.
