I’ve honestly been holding this in for a while, because I’m really not the type of person who complains. I just want a normal, pleasant shopping experience. But at this point, I’m genuinely frustrated
This is about the Sephora location. There is a white-haired male employee there who wears glasses and has a slightly darker complexion. He has been consistently rude every single time I’ve interacted with him
I don’t know what his problem is, but he always looks irritated or annoyed, and the way he treats customers feels cold and unwelcoming. Even when I’m being polite and smiling, he responds with the same negative attitude
This has happened multiple times, and it’s always him. The first time, I tried to be understanding and thought maybe he was having a bad day. But after seeing him again and again, nothing changes. At this point, it feels like this is just how he treats people
Honestly, it comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should feel uncomfortable just for walking into a store
I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for years and have spent a lot of money here. In most Sephora locations, employees are warm and helpful, which is why this store stands out in such a negative way
Every time I leave this location after interacting with him, I feel annoyed and uncomfortable. That’s not how a shopping experience should feel. I wouldn’t recommend this location because of him
That being said, I don’t want one employee to ruin the reputation of the entire store. But something needs to change. Whether it’s better training or management stepping in, this behavior shouldn’t continue. I just want to be able to shop here without being treated like this
I like shopping at Sephora overall — it’s a great place to explore beauty products and try new things. The store has a nice selection, and I usually find what I need.
However, sometimes certain products are out of stock, which can be a bit disappointing. The store isn’t very big, so it can feel crowded, especially during busy hours. There’s often a line at the cashier, which takes some extra time.
Still, despite these small inconveniences, the overall experience is positive, and I enjoy coming back.
Came today to grab some toner pads and thank god Brandon came to my rescue, introduced me to a whole new skin care routine! I had the opportunity to try on different products and honestly my skin thank me after. I left looking so dewy if you go definitely go to brandon in the skin care section!

Literally was only looking around… an employee came up to me and asked if I needed anything and when I said no they were like ok well we are closing. Mind you there were MANY other people there too. Felt singled out and won’t be back again.

Personally I like for staff to be not so cold in their service.
