  Mercy did a wonderful job of checking in before the massage to determine which areas to focus on, and during to adjust pressure as needed. Her presence was very calming and soothing. The environment was also very peaceful and inviting.

  All of the staff here are super friendly and I’ve had such a great experience with my massage therapist, Martha. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel better. She really takes the time to focus on the areas where I have the most tension. I’ve noticed such a big difference from seeing her regularly. I always leave feeling so much better than when I walk in. Thank you, Martha!

  I've been going to The NOW for almost a year. The membership pricing is very reasonable considering the wonderful facilities and friendly staff. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful. I've seen a few therapists; Jamie and Russell are great. Val especially is amazing! After regular workouts and a long work trip, The Stretch + Calm Balm add-on did wonders for me. I'm so thankful Val recommended the balm. I highly recommend The NOW.

  I had an incredible massage session with Nicky today. From the moment the session started, it was clear how knowledgeable, intuitive, and skilled she is at what she does. She listened carefully, found exactly where my body needed the most work, and adjusted pressure and technique perfectly throughout the session. The massage was both deeply therapeutic and incredibly relaxing one of those sessions where you walk out feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely restored. You can tell Nicky truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results, not just a quick relaxation massage. I’ll definitely be back.

  The minute one walks into the Now, their blood pressure goes down due to incredibly relaxing ambiance. They have lovely scented candles burning and comfy chairs to sit in. Russell gave me the best massage that I’ve ever had. I told him about my back issues and he heard exactly what I said. He made adjustments accordingly and I felt incredibly better and relieved after the massage. The Now makes everything easy for their clients—from validating parking, keeping you hydrated before and after your massage, etc.
