- DSDara SextonDec 20, 20251.0This Sephora did not meet the usual standards of customer service. As I entered the store 5 employees were hanging out at the entrance talking amongst themselves. No one one greeted us or offered assistance, they seemed totally uninterested in the customers and their needs. I had to walk to the front of the store and interrupt their conversation to recieve help. You really need to either re-train your staff or replace them.

She’s such a good help! She was kind, helped me with my return, and thanked me for being patient, Never seen someone say that before. Honestly super likable. She gave me free samples after and I just had to write something. Made me feel seen and the conversation just kept flowing. I didn’t even know I was waiting. Overall the store is always clean and people always come to ask me if I needed help which is such a nice thing when walking into Sephora. Will be coming back to this location.
