- KKkaraAug 20, 20251.0Checkout girl thought I was using another persons account bc I couldn’t pull up the app quick enough even though I was buying hundreds of dollars worth of color, I think it’s my account. I also had the app open right Infront of her , just couldn’t find my scanner Id in 2 secs like she wanted and then proceeded to rudely want id or address confirmation AFTER seeing not only the app but also having my number in the system. Rude and doing too much. Won’t be spending my money here again

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
