I was worried about having different skin tones during winter and summer (i tend to get tanner) and have been debating for weeks if I should get a lighter shade or darker shade. Sophia then suggested that I could get a bronzing drop for a tanner look, which is an option I’ve never thought of before, so thank you so much Sophia!!🫶🏼

The employees were super pushy from the moment I walked in, constantly trying to upsell me on products I didn’t need or ask for. When I finally asked for help picking out a foundation, the guy assisting me was incredibly short and rude—he barely wanted to answer my questions and seemed judgmental about the way I was dressed. I was asking him about what was popular and what would look good on me, but he totally ignored my question and didn’t even answer it. He ignored most of what I said and was totally unprofessional. But then, as I walked by later, I saw him being all chipper, nice, and talkative with another girl who was dressed fancier. Clearly, they’re playing favorites based on appearances. Won’t be back—1 star!

This time the cashier sent us to the back of the line instead of processing our return. This is not the way to treat a customer that just spent $160 in your store.
