This time the cashier sent us to the back of the line instead of processing our return. This is not the way to treat a customer that just spent $160 in your store.

Doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day you come, the store is ALWAYS packed and claustrophobic. There's also always a line wrapping around the cash counter, but there will only be one employee actually checking out, which is frustrating when you have to wait 20 min to purchase something I could just as easily from Macys or Sephora. The downtown Palo Alto location is much better.
