After I clearly told her I’d like to check out now, and we started the process, but she still moved on to help other customers, leave me standing there waiting for a while. It seems once she makes sure I will purchase, she was going to secure other customers. The store was busy today, but still, it would be nicer just to tell other customer to wait for 1-2 mins, since I came first. It’s frustrating since I was in a rush.

Their return policy used to allow up to 90 days for a refund, but I wasn’t aware that they had recently changed it to just 30 days. I was only one day past the 30-day limit when I tried to return two items today, but they refused to accept them or even consider a one-time exception or store credit. For a company this popular and widespread, I wish they had made a much greater effort to inform customers of such a significant change. With their steep prices, the inability to return or exchange products that don’t work out can really strain customers’ budgets. I guess, it’s worth turning to other suppliers now.
