    This LUSH location is already one of my favorites, due to the cleanliness of the store and the friendly staff, and I want to give a special shoutout to Shawnts and her team! I was running low on one of my daily products and called twice in the last few weeks since no LUSH had any in stock. Yesterday, Shawnts spoke with me over the phone right when they were processing their new shipment and there wasn't any of the product I needed listed on the shipment manifesto. However, she called me back almost immediately after we hung up, because she dug around and found some! When I went in during my lunch break to purchase it, she was just as friendly as she had been over the phone, and asked one of her associates to make me a sample of a compatible product when I checked out. I appreciate the extra special customer service! The associate who greeted me yesterday (who's name started with M, sorry I can't remember your whole name), was also super friendly and sparkly. Like I said, one of my favorite locations! Everyone is always ready to answer questions and show new products, but if I just want to shop they also let me chill until I want help.

    The staff was so rude and unfriendly they were more interested in talking to their co worker than doing there job. I asked for a hair co wash and she took me to another direction I had to explain what it was and ended up finding it myself. And for a store that sells soaps they had none to wash your hands with besides the great value palmolive. Just Tacky !!!
