  I enjoy getting my hair done by Young, but I've noticed that my messages aren't always relayed to her when I call, and the only time im able to get an appt is online.

  My cousin and I went to JC Penny's to get our hair done and they did a fine job. I need to go back to do something with my hair soon. Nice place.

  I went to get my haircut fixed. I didn’t ask for a mullet I just wanted the back trimmed anyways now I look like a 1985 George Michael.

  Tried to get a perm in my hair. My stylist that I had an appt with did not show up. I was placed with someone else and did not understand what I wanted. I ended up with no curl in my hair and no styling. I put it on my JC Penneys Card. I am still trying to get my money back, but they won't do anything. Cost was $90. I wish I had never paid.

  I have been here a few times now and I am always treated great! Priscilla has taken care of me everytime and she alway takes good care of me. She makes sure to listen to what I want and I always feel beautiful leaving her chair. The location is clean and somewhat organized as there are a few boxes in the salon area, but the amount of stations is fantastic.
