  I always have a very good experience with sephora palmdale. I went on memorial day and was confused about the makeup. Deja came up and she took her time, she's extremely nice and helpful. She helped me throughout the process. They were busy but she literally took her time and wasn't in hurry at all. I'm happy with my purchase. If anyone of you need help with makeup or shade please consult deja. U won't be disappointed 😌

  they rude as hell and always have an attitude all of them except one i wish i remembered her name she had purple hair. Usually when you go into sephora they offer assistance immediately but this one doesn’t and i really needed it when i went cause i’m new to makeup. i patiently waited around 9 minutes just browsing lost and realized that they weren’t gonna help me so i just left. Calling on the phone is no better they still have an attitude just cause you called them

  I won't be coming back here. As another reviewer brought up--the employees will pick and choose who they want to be helpful towards. I waited patiently with my younger sister to be helped (my sister was looking to see if her shade in a Fenty foundation was available). The Sephora employee on the sales floor paid a weird amount of attention to a customer who was solely interested in getting samples and ignored my sister and I. After about 15 minutes, my sister and I got in line to both checkout and ask for her shade. At the register, the same employee who had ignored us, checked me out and there was little to no customer service. No "hello", no "did you find everything ok?" or "was there anything you couldn't find?". When my sister did bring up her question she was given a firm "no" that her shade was not in stock. Little to no care to try to double-check or see if she could recommend anything else. I have felt this way on numerous occasions at this particular location. The employees here are strangely cold and treat you as if YOU'RE bothering them. I honestly should have dumped my items at the checkout and took my money elsewhere. Update: I gave this place another chance. Came in here around 5:00pm (3/13/25). No one greeted me, but an associate was applying makeup onto another guest, so perhaps she was occupied. But, I did observe she was very helpful with this guest. I ended up in Charlotte Tilbury. I started trying on the Contour Wand and ended up finding my color in Medium. Same associate who had spent some time with the other guest had wandered over near me and finally asked me if I needed help. I told her yes, but it looked like Medium wasn’t in stock at the top. She giggled and stated “No that one isn’t available”…and left it at that. Did she attempt to make a recommendation, no. Did she let me know that I can order it online or perhaps she could for me. No. Wow, does this Sephora even understand what being a Makeup Advisor actually is. I left after she attempted to backtrack on her abruptness with a corny comment about how cloudy it was outside. Pfft
