    Online it said $65 for a hair cut, but arrived and was told $80 for long hair. I was never told this on the phone when booking the appointment. "Claudia" cut my hair and it felt very rushed. She "curled" my hair, so I wasn't able to see how uneven and ridiculous my cut looked until the next time I washed and dried my hair straight. I don't understand how a professional hair dresser cuts hair like this, it's seriously unbelievable! I'm going back to ask them for a FULL REFUND. I don't trust anyone there to try to fix my hair, I'll only accept a refund! I spoke with a manager named Desiree who said she'd talk to the salon manager, so I'll update my review after they tell me if I'll be getting refunded. If not I'll take Claudia to small claims court because this haircut is UNACCEPTABLE now a lot is going to have to get cut to make it even, this is SO UPSETTING! UPDATE TO MY REVIEW The phone number provided by the ROBOT who replied to this review went to online customer service that told me they couldn't help me!!! The Salon Manager who saw these photos made me come to the salon on my only day off after a 12 hour shift as a nurse which she knew but refused to help me unless I went to the salon. When I got there she was shocked the stylist let me leave the salon with 1/2 my haircut and the other side basically chopped off like a child cut it!!! She offered to fix it for free but no way she was I going to trust anyone at that salon to cut my hair again!!! She gave me a refund but also asked me to take down this review and refused to refund the $10 tip I gave to the stylist CLAUDIA who BOTCHED up my hair!!! I work hard for every dollar I make as a nurse so I don't think it's right that they keep my money!!!

    Tried to get a perm in my hair. My stylist that I had an appt with did not show up. I was placed with someone else and did not understand what I wanted. I ended up with no curl in my hair and no styling. I put it on my JC Penneys Card. I am still trying to get my money back, but they won't do anything. Cost was $90. I wish I had never paid.
