  I’ve visited this Sephora location several times and unfortunately have consistently felt unwelcome. While the employees usually ask if I need help their tone often feels passive aggressive rather than friendly or supportive. During my most recent visit which took place during the Sephora sale I had an uncomfortable experience that stood out. I politely asked an employee if an item was available in the back and before she could respond the manager abruptly interrupted and refused to check and denied product availability without verifying it through a device or register. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. Afterward, the environment felt tense I noticed employees keeping a watchful eye on me as I shopped which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. It often feels like certain customers particularly those who are not white or within a specific age group are treated differently. I left feeling stressed and unwelcome and no one acknowledged me on my way out. I haven’t experienced this kind of treatment at other Sephora stores where staff are much more inclusive and professional. I hope this feedback helps improve the environment at this location so all customers can feel comfortable shopping here.

  I have never left a review like this before, but what happened at this Sephora shocked me and my family. A sales associate tried to sell me a used tester by taking it off the display and putting it inside a product box as if it were new. If my mom hadn't noticed that the tester was suddenly missing from the stand, I would have unknowingly purchased a product that dozens of strangers had touched and swatched. This is not just bad customer service - it's a serious health and safety issue. Testers are exposed to bacteria, viruses, and who knows what else. Selling one as if it's a fresh product is dangerous and shows a complete disregard for customer welfare. I cannot believe this level of negligence is happening under Sephora's name. The fact that an employee thought this was acceptable practice makes me question the store's management, training, and oversight.

  They aren’t afraid of giving excellent advice to guys! I learned so much in 10 minutes about male skin care!! Game changer!

  I highly suggest this Sephora over the one at Westfield in PD. Went here looking for The Ordinary toner since I was told from the Westfield location that this one carried their products. To my disappointment they do not, however, I really appreciated the customer service in finding something similar if not better for my type of skin. Ruby, who helped me, scanned a few different recommendations based off of what I could tell her about my skin and up popped all of the product information so I could compared the two. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend.
