    I’ve taken my teenaged daughter here for a haircut a few times and it’s always been a great experience until today. The stylist asked what we were looking for, I said a hair cut for my daughter she said okay, I waiting right out if the salon in jcp with my little boys and my daughter came out less than 15min later with soaking wet hair. I went back in and asked why it wasn’t blow dried and she was very defensive saying “well you didn’t say you wanted it dried”, but I also wasn’t asked if I wanted it dried, who wants to leave with soaked hair?? Previously it was just dried…I’m happy to pay the extra $. She clearly rushed through the haircut and was very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. Terrible service. I can guarantee you’ll get a better job at great clips.

    Horrendous outcome had my hair dyed with highlights the color is patchy and orange. Do not have your done here. I went back and toner was put on there to eliminate the red yellow and orange but still looks horrible

    This shouldn’t even be a star! Horrible experience!!!! Rebecca was our assigned stylist, she bragged how good she is, showed us pictures- we chose something easy and it turned out horrible! It looked like she’s never done this before! So she said she would fix it with glossy brown- then continued to dye the hair black and not caring if the color got on the skin. She said she spoke to a manager and only gave us 20% discount, this discount was for new client discount. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! (So dishonest)

    Ingrid gave me the best haircut I've had in about 30 years yesterday! It seems most stylists don't understand when someone with short hair says they would like something 'different' from the same old short cut. Ingrid gets it and worked with the type of hair I have to give me a really special look. (Senior, thinning grey hair) She's cut it so it has body and doesn't need a ton of product to look nice. THANKS INGRID!
