Mac needs to do better. It’s so many layers to it all. And when the mistake or inconvenience is on them, its nothing they can offer. I swear the person I interacted with on Friday evening takes so much. I was fed up. It”ll be nice if you really listened and then acknowledged what I was saying even if there was nothing that could be done. I’m really tempted to start shipping for other brands. MAC do better. Online, in store.
