  I was on February 28 and I met the nicest people there. I came in just to look around but Lee asked what I was looking for and I gave him the most useless description ever of something and he found it. Showed me the things that'll help it stay longer, described things without making me feel stupid and then left me to make my own decisions but heavily informed. Then April came up to us while we were grabbing some things he suggested and helped even more. She also just radiates a kindness about her, that makes it comfortable to ask questions and no hard feelings if u maybe didn't like a recommendation. Sweetest people I've meet in a while. Really showed they like working there. I hope i see them again next time im at the mills 😊

  I went to the store last weekend and it was my first time the staff was very polite and very welcoming I would go back asap the vibe inside was very chill and I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me but she had glasses and has brown/black hair I believe 10/10 customer service from her.

  Been to this Lush for years & I’ve never had a problem unfortunately when I came this past holiday for the Snow Fairy spray that I always get the employee with blue hair and glasses was rude/ignorant and just told me they didn’t have it available and I asked if there was any available online and she brushed me away and told me possibly and to check myself, really rude that she didn’t even check for me up front in the register. She needs better customer service. All the other employees were kind though except for her.

  I would definitely recommend coming to lush! They have so many amazing products, and especially since I’m a person with sensitive skin, this brand is the first to not give me crazy allergic reactions. The customer service here is great and I felt very welcomed and not rushed, Alejandro was very mindful of the products and what they do, I would definitely go to him for any questions about the products. Will come here again!
