She also didn’t want to give me store credit for a gift I received. I had no receipt but I had the number of which the order was placed with. I was able to get store credit at another Sephora with no problem.

I did get help from an employee (name starts with a M) and she made me feel taken care of. The cashiers were also super polite. The vibes from the employees are what makes this my go-to Sephora.

There were about 5 employees on the floor, but no one at the register and a few of them kept saying “we’ll be right with you”. Mind you, none of them were with customers just putting things away. So frustrating and unprofessional!
