  Tanya at this location is fantastic! She helped me find my perfect shade match quickly and efficiently, then went above and beyond by showing me several foundation and blush options that suited my needs. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience. I hope Tanya gets the recognition she deserves! I stopped by on another day and had a great experience with Ray and Tiny. The staff here really are exceptional. They all deserve their flowers! I will be back soon.

  I’ve only come to this location twice since I live in Brampton but both times has been so great! I usually hate going in person to a Sephora because it’s so busy and overstimulating but this location is perfect and staff here is so nice. First time I came was in June on the way to a concert because I had cried some of my makeup off and didn’t want to go to the concert looking a mess. The ladies were so sweet and helped me fix my makeup as much as they could and were so kind to me. Genuinely turned my whole day around and made me feel pretty again. Whoever was working June 16th evening shift, thank you so much!!! I wish I got their name, they were an angel! I recently went again because I was in the area and was in need of some restock and also new products. I had the pleasure of shopping with Lauren, she was very knowledgeable about product, super nice and just feels like you’re talking to a friend. She helped me pick out a few items and perfectly matched me to a new foundation I wanted to try. She used the skin scanner and educated me on my skin type. There were some products I wanted that weren’t in store so she ordered them for me as well! Didn’t feel rushed to buy and get out of the store she let me shop on my own too and checked in periodically but not badgering me. I have never had this good of an experience at a Sephora before and both ladies who helped me at both times deserve recognition! Management should be proud of this team 😊

  My face has been breaking out with acne, and I went in looking for some new products to try. Eshika has been incredible and super helpful with skincare advice. She recommended Dermalogica and it worked wonders on my skin. I would definitely go back for Eshika's assistance.

  I came here last week and had a great experience with Eshika who was super helpful & patient and really took the time to suggest products for my skin needs. I have very sensitive skin and I am always selective with products so I really appreciated her assistance with helping me choose the best option!!
