  I recently placed a same day delivery order and the uber driver never showed up with my order. The store/employees there and the manager Alex, went above and beyond to help me. I never leave reviews but I am honestly so thankful to them and they deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion 😭

  As a regular Sephora customer, I’ve spent a significant amount of money over the years, especially at the Devonshire Mall location. While I appreciate how kind and helpful the staff are, it’s very clear that the store is consistently understaffed. The employees work incredibly hard, but they often seem overwhelmed because there simply aren’t enough people on the floor to help customers. Another ongoing frustration is booking beauty services. Every time I try to make an appointment, there are either no available time slots, or I’m told that the specialist is only available on weekends. As someone who works weekends, this makes it nearly impossible to book a service. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Sephora and want to continue supporting this location, but I hope more staff can be hired and service availability can be improved. It would make a much better experience for both customers and the hardworking employees.

  Very bad experience today . I went for my foundation match so i was exporing my options but the employee was so rude like i was bothering her . I asked her for glowing foundation and she told me one big brand and asked me if i can afford that option and even making comments that this shade is looking terrible and looking disintersted. I will never go again .

  If I could rate this exact location ZERO stars I would! What was suppose to be a fun trip to Canada turned out to be a humiliating and horrible experience! The staff here were disrespectful and rude! We came from the United States and ask if we could pay with US dollars and they said it was ok! After the manager took a look at the bills she assumed they were FAKE and made us check with currency! Which we did all we wanted was to buy a Father’s Day gift perfume so we returned back to buy it! after that my aunt,her kids and I went to eat a Cinnabon and next thing you know FOUR COPS APPROACHED US as if we were CRIMINALS because we were accused of fake money they checked for all of our bags.We felt humiliated infront of the kids!! They told us they were sorry that they had to do their job! While the Sephora employee in the back WAS LAUGHING IN OUR FACES!!! How is this okay??? NEVER RETURNING HERE!!
