I've been to MAC stores all over the world and consistently the one here in Windsor has always been the most friendly, personable and helpful. Even when they were just a booth in The Bay, the team here has always been good. Unlike other stores (cough Toronto cough) who's staff acts like they're better than you and won't give you the time of day, Windsor's store goes above and beyond to find what you need. I was helped today by Alex and she was an absolute gem! She was funny and warm but also honest about what colours suited me best instead of prioritizing the sale no matter what. It felt like shopping with a friend. I love that. Keep it up, girlfriend! Hope to be back soon.
