    I’ve always had good experiences at this Sephora location, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I placed a Buy Online, Pick Up In Store order about two hours before arriving. I hadn’t received the ready-for-pickup email yet, but since I was already at the mall, I thought I’d check to see if it was almost ready or if someone could help me find the items in-store instead. The associate at the front was incredibly kind and tried her best to help. She called her manager, but instead of offering any solutions, the manager immediately told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to cancel my order. Her tone was extremely dismissive and condescending, and I genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question. Another employee then offered to help me locate the products I needed, but the manager stopped him and told him not to continue. I was left to search the store by myself, despite not being able to find several items and left with way less that I planned on because I couldn’t find many things on my own. Ironically, the manager later came over to ask if I needed a basket, rather than offering assistance finding the products I was actually looking for. What stood out most was the contrast between the manager and the rest of the staff. The associate at the front repeatedly apologized for the situation, was incredibly professional, and even checked me out at the front so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. She made the best of a situation that never should have happened. I’m a Rouge member and spend a significant amount at Sephora every year. I also work in customer service management, so I understand that policies exist but there’s a huge difference between enforcing a policy and making a customer feel unwelcome. This interaction was one of the poorest examples of customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I hope management looks into this, because the associates at this location deserve better leadership.     Visited on June 10th and wanted to commend Annie who, despite the language barrier, managed to assist and help out my mom with perfect recommendations. Top marks, other employees at the store were also very kind and incredibly helpful when asked where certain products were located within the store.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. I visited this store today regarding a setting spray that got damaged. I was fully aware that it was well past the return period, so I wasn’t demanding a refund or exchange. I simply came in hoping that someone could offer assistance or at least point me in the right direction. An associate initially helped me and asked for my account information. When she couldn’t locate the purchase, I offered to show my receipt since I had ordered the item online. She then told me she would check with the manager on duty. The manager was standing right in front of me the entire time, yet never once acknowledged me or spoke to me directly. Instead, I was told that she needed to go to the back and would return shortly. I waited for more than 15 minutes, only to realize that no one had any intention of coming back to assist me. What made the situation even worse was seeing the manager and another associate repeatedly looking in my direction and clearly discussing my complaint, yet neither of them approached me. Being ignored, left waiting, and treated as though my concerns weren’t worth their time was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I completely understand that policies are policies. If the answer was no, I would have accepted it. What I cannot accept is being left standing there without any communication, explanation, or basic courtesy. Customer service isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about treating people with respect. Unfortunately, this store failed at the most basic level. This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

    My fiancée attended this Sephora location hoping to get information about booking wedding makeup services for our upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment she walked in. She first approached the employee greeting customers at the entrance and asked who she could speak to about booking a makeup appointment. The employee responded that she “didn’t do that” and then simply stood there without offering any help or directing her to someone else. My fiancée then approached two other employees for assistance. They looked at each other and away without answering her question. Eventually, she found another employee who had to call a manager just to answer basic questions about booking bridal makeup services. I thought Sephora staff were referred to as “Beauty Advisors,” yet multiple employees seemed unwilling or unable to help with a very simple request. As people who are not regular Sephora customers, this experience reinforced exactly why we don’t shop here. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, cliquey, and dismissive toward customers who may not already be makeup experts or frequent shoppers. No customer should have to walk around the store trying to find one person willing to answer a basic question while staff stand around ignoring them. Very disappointing experience, especially for someone trying to prepare for an important event like a wedding.
