  Nicollette assisted me and I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been a makeup lover for many years and I thought I knew pretty much everything about makeup but she educated me and recommended some pretty great products that I hadn’t heard of. She also recommended popular products I had heard of but advised me to use them differently than advertised based on skin concerns I mentioned and it worked out great! I’m so impressed with the service I received. She’s a pro!

  I seen someone exchange some used stuff for new hair removal honey wax then the person at the store put it back on the shelf I had to leave immediately or I would of said something.

  I loved my experience with Jocelyn! Usually, staff are in a rush when shade matching, but she took the time to find my perfect match in the Sephora Collection. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock, but she kindly redirected me to the nearest store for that and a Fenty Beauty product that was also sold out. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, it felt so good to have someone genuinely help me pick out products and share her favorites. She made me feel so welcome and deserves to be recognized. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

  Went to Sephora last night to buy gift certificates for my two daughters for their birthdays spent 300 dollars. To my surprise I got one small bag that comes with gift certificate as I have done for last 4 years. Would you believe the make believe store manager would not give us a second bag more than happy to pay for it but she wA on some power trip and kept shouting store policy. We were taken back we could believe our eyes and ears this little girl her name was Rose made such a big deal over nothing. Again we were willing to pay if that was solution nothing. Never ever again will we purchase from Sephora if this is class of people they have. I have spent easily over 1500 dollars with gift cards over 4 years just disgusting. Yes I did call head office not much help. Of course when I said fine please refund turns out that was not an option according to Rose Very disappointed normally I can let this go.
