  Went to this location yesterday. Lush is one of my favourite places to shop for skincare and bath products. I had the pleasure of meeting Derby and Daijah. They helped me find the right shampoo and conditioners for my daughter’s hair type, and gave me some samples to try. There was no pressure to purchase, but I cannot resist Lush products. Great experience here.

  I stopped by the Lush at Vaughan Mills on Friday evening and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had Ritu and Cindy were both INCREDIBLY kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I ended up spending over an hour in the store, but not once did I feel rushed. Ritu really took the time to understand my skin concerns, my current routine, and even the scents I like and don’t like before recommending anything. She was very honest about what would and wouldn’t work for me, and I never felt like I was being sold products - but just genuinely guided toward what was right for my skin. I also had a complicated return without a receipt, and both Ritu and Cindy handled it with so much understanding and ease. It was such a stress-free experience, and you can really tell the level of care at this location is consistent with all the glowing reviews. I truly felt looked after the entire time, and I’ll definitely be back 1000%

Rochelle was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to explain the benefits of different products in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable without ever being pushy. She also helped me pick out some fun, glittery bath bombs for my niece, and her recommendations were perfect! You can genuinely tell that she loves what she does and enjoys helping customers find products they’ll love. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, and Rochelle absolutely delivered. She made my shopping experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you, Rochelle. I hope Lush knows what an incredible team member they have!
