  I really wanted to love this place more. I was so excited to try a male masseuse for the first time because I was looking for a more powerful, deep-tissue massage, but unfortunately, my massage felt more relaxing than therapeutic. I’m still feeling tense a day later, so I didn’t quite get the deep pressure I was hoping for. I will say, I loved the heated massage bed though 😂 Honestly, that was probably my favourite part of the massage! That being said, I absolutely loved the facility — the scents, aromas, and overall atmosphere were beautiful and relaxing. For the price, though, I’m not sure I would book another massage just yet. One other thing that made me a little uncomfortable was when I was getting dressed after my massage. There was a blonde staff member who kept coming around/checking on me every few seconds without really saying anything 😂. I’m sure she was just doing her job, but it felt a little awkward and I would have preferred a bit more privacy while getting changed. I’m a total spa junkie and live close by, so I’d love to find somewhere I can come every two weeks. I really wanted this to be that place! I’m going to give it another chance and try a facial or the scrub massage to see if I have a better experience.

  I had a pre-sale telephone service at this spa, and one of their rules struck me as pretty unreasonable - they ask customers to arrive 30 minutes early, even though the massage itself can only start at the fixed appointment time. So what exactly are customers supposed to do with that 30-minute wait? This isn't a doctor's appointment. I actually almost booked the service, but cancelled at the last minute when I was told with this strange policy. This rule just reflects an odd sense of entitlement, as if they can just impose arbitrary demands on customers.

  What a luxurious experience! This spa tops all the other spas I have been to in the city. Four Seasons is has 2 Michein keys and was rated by Forbes Travel Guide as having one of the finest properties in the world. The inside of the spa is just beautiful. The pool is quite large and the jacuzzi is tuckled away in an isolated area. We went on a Sunday and the time that we chose was relatively quiet, so it wasn't super busy or overly crowded. Just keep in mind that if you come here on a weekend, you have to opt for the 90 minute massage. It's probably an upselling tactic, but 60 minutes massages are not available. Honestly, I'm not complaining because my 90 minute massage was well worth it. It was very relaxing and they let you choose a scent during your massage. They also ring some bells like a ceremonial ritual and the whole experience felt almost spiritual at the same time. The customer service was outstanding and yes there's a cost to the experience, but you definitely feel pampered and well taken care of the whole time. This spa is probably my favorite so far and the most beautiful. The dressing rooms were just lovely and included a snack bar. The seating area was comfortable and the interior design was also very stunning. My whole visit felt like a 5 star luxurious experience. I would recommend gifting someone an experience like this, going with your partner, or even for just girl's time. I highly recommend visiting if you just need an oasis relaxing getaway in the city!

  Best aromatherapy massage experience with Rhonda, Top 1! Facility is clean (went on a Tuesday morning) and received complimentary birthday prosecco as well.

  Not flexible at all with timing, I am 10 minutes late to a 6:00pm appointment and they told me that my massage will be reduced by that time because that masseuse will need to immediately start massaging someone else at 7. Crazy!!!
