  Everyone working there is a superstar. The only complaint I have is the showers - scalding hot water and you can’t change the temperature. I tried everything and perhaps it was just that one shower I was in, but because there are only 2, and a HUGE lineup I had to endure…. Would have given 5 stars if I was not scalded. Thank you to the amazing staff - Kathy, nana with her beautiful smile, and I think her name was Maria that helped me with my locker.

  My wife and I spent the Saturday of the May 2026 long weekend at the spa to celebrate her 30th birthday. She is eight months pregnant, and I wanted to treat her to a relaxing day. We booked 90-minute massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the premium prices charged. While the staff providing the treatments were pleasant and professional, the services themselves were average at best and lacked the level of quality and attention to detail one would expect from a luxury spa. To make matters worse, my wife was unable to receive her manicure because she arrived with existing shellac polish and was told the spa did not have the proper tools to remove it. For a facility positioning itself as a high-end spa, this was both surprising and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the atmosphere. The pool and spa facilities are shared with hotel guests, and during a busy long weekend the area was filled with children. Kids were running between the hot tub and pool, with pool noodles, balls, and constant noise throughout the space. Rather than feeling like a luxury spa retreat, it felt more like a crowded public pool. I am giving two stars solely because the service providers themselves were friendly and courteous. Overall, the experience was poor value for the money and far from relaxing. If you are looking for a peaceful spa day, especially at these prices, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  For the price, the massage was a huge letdown. It was rushed, not relaxing and the rmt was very rough. The amenities are fine, but pool area was overcrowded so couldn’t enjoy it in peace. Wouldn’t return or recommend going.

  Amazing service. Great facilities: steam room, pool, hot tub. Massage was amazing with aromatherapy. Sauna is a two seater. A bit small for the place. And no cold plunge pool. Only shower.

  I would love to leave a good review, especially for that price!!! However, I'm not able to give a good review, although it's not 100% their fault. The amenities at the spa are very nice unless you're looking for a sauna... They have only a two-person very small one by the pool. The steam room is the best I've ever been in, the massage was great and provided extra enhancements I haven't had elsewhere. However, the huge shortcoming were the swimming facilities. I went during a Friday afternoon. I'm not sure which hours they allow children from the hotel to use the swimming pool, but this was definitely during that time. The pool area was positively overrun with kids screaming, hollering, throwing toys, water guns in the pool (I didn't even go in the pool for this reason)... But I also couldn't enjoy my time sitting on the deck chairs because it was just so crazy loud in there. Not a very relaxing environment. The hot tub also had a bunch of kids in it, Which is strange because the hot tub at my son's private school does not allow any children under 13 in. I think it's probably dangerous for kids, and l it completely ruined my enjoyment of the hot tub. DON'T GET ME WRONG, I UNDERSTAND THAT KIDS EXIST IN THIS WORLD... I have a five-year-old of my own. It's just for the luxury reputation of this spa, and also considering the price ... Whether my complaint is moral or not, it did not provide a very relaxing atmosphere. My complaint is directed towards other adults who are looking for somewhere to relax. This was definitely not a relaxing vibe. I stayed for 4 hours because I had to wait for my massage. I basically just lounged around only semi enjoying myself until my massage started and then I was happy to leave.
